Purchased 2013 Chrysler 200 convertible, total with taxes, etc, $35000. 6 wks later, needed SUV for business. Went to trade in car, offered $24,000 for 35,000 vehicle. Only reason they offered amount w taxes, etc, $35000. 6 wks later, needed SUV for business. Went to trade in car, offered $24,000 for 35,000 vehicle. Only reason they offered amount was because they sold me the car. 6 months later, they the trade in value was $14,000. Car is NOT worth anything. BAD TRADE-IN VALUE. Horrible! Dealership and sales person were great. No complaints with the dealership. However, the Chrysler 200 Convertible value is HORRIBLE. VERY CHEAPLY MADE CAR. Do research on this vehicle. Very sorry I didn't research before purchasing. More

I bought a car and have taken it back to this dealership for repairs and warranty items which I paid an extra 2500 dollars for the extended warranty from them and yet they wont repair my car and told me to for repairs and warranty items which I paid an extra 2500 dollars for the extended warranty from them and yet they wont repair my car and told me to drive it 73 miles to the original dealership but my warranty through them I bought is being run out of time... I find this pathetic and fraudulent... Better yet they sell me the rental car program and tell me i am not 25 and cant rent a vehicle through them... I bought a vehicle here which turned out to be and still is a lemon... To date they have done over 3000 in repairs and still have not fixed all of the issues...Everytime I take it to them for noises and pro is a lemon... I too have had no luck with this place! I went to have a tune up done replacing my spark plugs. This morning will be the 3rd time to take it back! When they fixed it the first time they must have put broken parts in my jeep. I went back after a few days and they turned the code off and said ok its fixed. BULL! It has come back on yet again. And I am really upset! The price would have been awesome 110.00 if it were fixed but the return in gas to keep going back and baby sitter cost to have someone watch my kids is getting to be too much. I will def take my jeep else where the next time I have anything done! More

I went in with no electrical charge on my JEEP and when I came out I had a clean Fuel Injection and still no electrical charge.
