My car needed some warranty work done and Eric made it a breeze. A few emails and a phone call later and I was all set. I was in and out far quicker than I expected to be. I called to make an appointment for an oil change, which this dealership insists that I get done through them. However, they stated they do not take reservations because it is a walk in basis. So the next d this dealership insists that I get done through them. However, they stated they do not take reservations because it is a walk in basis. So the next day, I showed up as a walk in and it is an hour and a half wait because they are only able to do one oil change at a time. They did not have a vehicle available for me to borrow but they would rent me one for $40. They make me feel like I'm lower class when I just want an oil change. More
