Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Excellent, excellent, excellent! I can’t say that enough about our experience with Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. We started out just “looking” for a Je Excellent, excellent, excellent! I can’t say that enough about our experience with Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. We started out just “looking” for a Jeep Gladiator, not sure that we would buy that day. We wanted to sit in one to see how it felt and get a feel for it. We need something that could be flat towed and could also tow as we love to travel in our RV. Our sales person was Josh Burton, and he was great. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and never pushy. He listened to what our needs and wants were and was able to find us what we were looking for with a few easy modifications. So, my husband had a monthly payment amount that he wanted to meet and we had another dealership calling us from about 2 hours away that had the deal we were looking for, but because of Josh who was really willing to work for us, we stayed put. I decided to trade my VW Beetle, that my husband had bought for me 7 years ago for my 50th birthday, I just wanted him to have his Jeep. So we made our deal with some cash down and my vehicle and left with our Jeep. My husband said as we drove out of the lot, “that was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.” He loves cars and has made many a deal, so he knows what he is talking about. He also was in the car business for some years, so his experience is extensive from all sides. Well, later that night my husband and I both had regrets about trading my Beetle, there are just too many memories attached to it. So the next morning we reached out to the Finance person, Robbie Gale, who also was quite good at customer service to see if we could make a bigger down payment and get my car back. He said absolutely and made the process of reworking the paperwork completely painless. I know this is a long review, but it was a great experience. They explained what measures they take to keep areas sanitized. Anthony listened to how we wanted to have vehicles and worked the deal out, before we went to the dealership to make the purchase.
