3 days after I purchased a car from Myrtle Beach Chrysler, I went back in to cancel the extended warranty my wife and I purchased as we decided that it wasn't something we needed. I was sent to Stev Chrysler, I went back in to cancel the extended warranty my wife and I purchased as we decided that it wasn't something we needed. I was sent to Steve, who seemed very shady during the whole exchange. He didn't even bother signing the paperwork until after I asked for a copy, and then only scribbled on the paper something that didn't even resemble a signature. Now more than 2 months later, the amount of the warranty hasn't been credited back towards my auto loan. As a local, who was born and raised in Horry county, and will most likely only purchase Jeep vehicles, I will never purchase another vehicle from a dealer with such shady practices, and will let everyone I know know what kind of shady, unethical, stunts they pull to screw their customers. More

As a woman buying a car in a huge dealership with lots of men, this could have been very intimidating. Pair that with buying an off the chain Rubicon Gladiator and my stress level should have been stroke wor men, this could have been very intimidating. Every last person I was in contact with was super friendly and ultra professional. The staff from management, finance, sales and parts were behind me 100% to get the exact car with options that I wanted. I have never had this kind of positive experience. I came into the dealership because of the noise. You use to have couple of fellows that were very helpful. Now you got people that are not helpful and all they can say is you got a appointment. Five days after the first visit I got the appointment and then $ 129 later told it will take a week or two to get a muffler and tail pipe in. Great service. I guest I have to look for a new dealer for my service work. More

Sales experience great! Follow up not so good I brought my jeep in for a servicing and after my service I was told to contact the General Manager due to something that happened. I called and left I brought my jeep in for a servicing and after my service I was told to contact the General Manager due to something that happened. I called and left him messages, contacted him via email never heard back from him as to why I had to contact him. I was told he would be waiting for my call. I spoke to the Service Department Manger and the person who sold me my Jeep about the issue and I have not heard back from anyone. So I am a little baffled on why in the first place I had to call the GM and he was expecting my call and I have not heard back from anyone. I am highly disappointed. More

When I had finally got to the dealership Mike had introduced me to Josh Burton. Mike had been working with Josh and made my visit very productive and not a waste of both our time. He had the vehicle that met my wants and the items it did not have he was very accommodating to make sure I would have in the short time frame I had to get a vehicle. After I had made my purchase Josh had taken the time with my wife and I that made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. The best part of working with this group is that no one was pushy trying to get you in a vehicle you didn't want! More
Poor service Jeep needed AC repair which wasn’t supposed to take very long. Car was taken into shop on time and returned to parking lot around 15 minutes later. After waiting an hour, I asked the desk person what was going on and she said that she didn’t know and the only person that knew was the person working on the car and he was at lunch and would return in an hour. Bottom line is that the car needed a part that they had in stock and could have been replaced in about a half hour and I waited 4 hours and was charged for 2 hours labor. More
