service department We recently needed service on our 2011 Chrysler town and country van. We are from upstate New York, and had some issues on our way here. A front caliper failed, brake failed, engine light, and transmission issue. We went to a local parts shop, and they recommended Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. I called, made contact with Brad in service. from the very start, he was very helpful, and courteous. This was late on a Friday, He got us in immediately. Made contact and reservations for a rental car, since ours would be down. The service department did an excellent repair job.Was done faster than I thought, and the van is running better than ever. Brad was extremely helpful every step of the way. He has followed up since the service, out of true concern since we were from out of town. Upgrade with Lou It was time for a new vehicle, as my wife and I were seeing how our two small economy cars were going to be no match for our new baby boy. We looked online, and found a new Jeep Cherokee model. I came in with an idea of what I was prepared to spend, and Lou got me pretty close (within $40 on monthly payments). They even let me take the Jeep home, before deciding to buy, to show my wife, who could not come as she was at home with our baby boy and couldn't come to the dealership. Out of 4 dealerships I have dealt with in the area, Lou and Myrtle Beach Chrysler have been the best. I will do business again with them when the time calls for it. More

We test drove a couple Wranglers and I ended up purchasing a soft top 2 door Wrangler JK. I absolutely love it! That being said, I have always disliked the entire process of purchasing a car. However, I can honestly say this was the absolute best experience I've ever had! Our salesman, Galen, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at, including all the special features. Down to earth and no pressure at all, even at closing time on a Friday. He made it 100% painless! The financial manager, Michael was also a pleasure to deal with and finished the process efficiently.
