His managers openly and blatantly trash talk and criticize other dealers. I found ZERO honesty there, and I tried, even giving them a second chance. They lied then too! They will look you square in the eye, with a smile on their face, and LIE. They will hide costs to bump a price, they will offer a price and then renege. We've purchased more than 30 new vehicles over the last 20 years and this was well beyond any doubt whatsoever the ABSOLUTE WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER! More
