Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate your business and are very sorry that your experience with us did not go well. We try and accommodate all of our customers in a timely manner but the unfortunate circumstance of having a "no appointment necessary" system is that if we have a lot of customers arriving at around the same time it can get backed up. As for making you feel lower class, I assure you no member of our staff would want to make you feel that way. We do have a "rental" fleet of cars and Jeeps that are available upon request for a charge. There are programs that will cover the cost for the use of these vehicles but we do not "loan" them out with no charge. One of the reasons I love feedback is that we get a chance to evaluate the way we do business and make changes necessary to improve the quality of service we deliver to our customers.
