My Sales Rep Hilton Smith greeted me. A true professional with excellent with customer service skills. Hilton never rushed me just totally worked on pricing. The end result was a win-win for Jeep dealership and myself. I would also like to mention that Zack McKeown the GSM, was great too. As this was my 2nd Jeep from this dealership, I could not have been more happy knowing that I will been here again in the future buying a third Jeep Grand Cherokee from Hilton. More

I bought a used car from this dealership. It was delivered to me up to that point everything was great. There are issues with the car never received my papers yet and it's been almost 3 weeks It was delivered to me up to that point everything was great. Your service department is second to everyone. I came in there with a ac problem to have serviced and as request and was told that the said part would be in from NC next morning 4/7 and would have I came in there with a ac problem to have serviced and as request and was told that the said part would be in from NC next morning 4/7 and would have car repaired by mid day. When I called the next morning 4/7 around 1100 am the service rep said part was ordered from Charleston SC and would not be in and that the car would not be repaired until Mon 4/10. Your service department dropped the ball to call customer to explain the issue. If I had not followed up on my own recognaince I would have driven 50 minutes only to be pissed off with no service and not having any communications from the service department or dealership. Not to mention that your service prices are double and triple the cost at local certified mechanic shops. I'm not a happy customer and I expected better from your dealership. More

I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Jeremy Ratley at Myrtle Beach Jeep. From the minute I spoke with Jeremy he listened to what I was needing and looking for. He immediately said he knew the Ratley at Myrtle Beach Jeep. From the minute I spoke with Jeremy he listened to what I was needing and looking for. He immediately said he knew the vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. This was a tad older, but low mileage As-Is vehicle, but we did agree to place on the We Owe a few items that we both thought were a minor/quick/easy fix that they would take care of after purchase. They immediately set an appointment with me, put me in something to drive and attempted the repairs. A day later they called and I returned to get my vehicle. However, only half the issue was fixed. They asked me to bring it back the next day and I did and again they attempted to fix but no good. So promptly they made another appointment and tried again – this time a very expensive fix. Unfortunately, this too failed to correct the issue. By now I knew they had spent way more time and money attempting to fix the issue than they had planned or that a reasonable business plan would allow. After a productive meeting they agreed to take the vehicle to the manufactures dealer to have them diagnose the issue and I agreed that if they would pay for the diagnosis, I would take care of the fix. We made another appointment and they again put me in a vehicle to drive while they took care of taking the truck to the dealer. This last appointment took much longer than I expected, but when they called and said they had it back, they had already paid for and fixed the truck. This was another not so cheap fix and was above and beyond my expectations. I know dealers get a lot of flack sometimes for not taking care of issues or customers. But my experience with sales, service and upper management was superior and the entire dealership went above and beyond to make the sale right! I want to thank the entire dealership, but especially Jeremy in sales – AWESOME! Lee the Sales Mgr, Tyler in F&I, Jim and Matt in Service, the mechanic Craig and the GM Ryan. If you’re looking for a vehicle and don’t at least stop here and tell Jeremy what your looking for, then you’ve done yourself a big disfavor. My next vehicle purchase will definitely start at Myrtle Beach Jeep and yours should too! More

Myrtle Beach Chrysler was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Jermey went above and beyond for my spouse and I. I had traded in my car for a beautiful 3 row Jeep for my family and I. I was had when buying a car. Jermey went above and beyond for my spouse and I. He left no questions unanswered. I met with Parts and purchased what I wanted; it was even in stock! On delivery Hilton spent time with us setting up the vehicle electronics and ensured we understood the operation before leaving the lot. More

Let me begin by saying my buying experience at this dealership with Hilton was absolutely amazing! I bought my 2018 Wrangler on 3/29/22 and the process was seamless! Upon leaving the dealership and get dealership with Hilton was absolutely amazing! I bought my 2018 Wrangler on 3/29/22 and the process was seamless! Upon leaving the dealership and getting out onto the highway I noticed a squeak/squeal in the front brakes that progressively got worse over the next two days. I spoke with Hilton on 4/1/22 who recommended I contact the service department. Jared was more than accommodating and got me in that Tuesday. Well my jeep spent two days in the shop only for me to leave and get back on the highway to once again experience the SAME issue even after they indicated they machined the rotors and put new pads on. I called Jared back and he was able to get me into the shop today; once again very accommodating. Well 1 1/2 hours later I go for a very short drive with the tech who indicated he was the one who fixed the brakes the week prior and there “shouldn’t be any issues”. There was very little braking so the issue appeared to be fixed. The tech indicated there were “rocks” in the brake pads “which is a common problem with jeeps” he proceeded to tell me that he “priced me out AFTER MARKET brake pads at O’Rileys and they would be about $130”. This I felt was an indirect way indicating to me the dealership is washing their hands of the issue even if it wasn’t resolved. Once I left and got back onto the highway the issue was UNCHANGED. Ove not heard a single Jeep squeal when stopping like mine. Well I have only had my “ certified preowned” vehicle for 18 days and the brakes are as squeaky /squealey as they were from the start. I am extremely disappointed with the actual service on my jeep and feel as though Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep does not stand behind the used vehicle they sell you. This experience is certainly not representative of my sales experience. I guess I will have to take my vehicle elsewhere to fix this issue and will think twice about being a repeat customer. More

It's pretty bad that you spend 40 thousand dollars on a used jeep. Then take it in to the service shop to get the camera turned on the radio. To be told it's 160 dollars and can't do it for 4 days. It's a used jeep. Then take it in to the service shop to get the camera turned on the radio. To be told it's 160 dollars and can't do it for 4 days. It's a 10 minute job to plug the computer to the obd plug and turn the camera on. Very disappointed with place. More
