Let me begin by saying my buying experience at this dealership with Hilton was absolutely amazing! I bought my 2018 Wrangler on 3/29/22 and the process was seamless! Upon leaving the dealership and get dealership with Hilton was absolutely amazing! I bought my 2018 Wrangler on 3/29/22 and the process was seamless! Upon leaving the dealership and getting out onto the highway I noticed a squeak/squeal in the front brakes that progressively got worse over the next two days. I spoke with Hilton on 4/1/22 who recommended I contact the service department. Jared was more than accommodating and got me in that Tuesday. Well my jeep spent two days in the shop only for me to leave and get back on the highway to once again experience the SAME issue even after they indicated they machined the rotors and put new pads on. I called Jared back and he was able to get me into the shop today; once again very accommodating. Well 1 1/2 hours later I go for a very short drive with the tech who indicated he was the one who fixed the brakes the week prior and there “shouldn’t be any issues”. There was very little braking so the issue appeared to be fixed. The tech indicated there were “rocks” in the brake pads “which is a common problem with jeeps” he proceeded to tell me that he “priced me out AFTER MARKET brake pads at O’Rileys and they would be about $130”. This I felt was an indirect way indicating to me the dealership is washing their hands of the issue even if it wasn’t resolved. Once I left and got back onto the highway the issue was UNCHANGED. Ove not heard a single Jeep squeal when stopping like mine. Well I have only had my “ certified preowned” vehicle for 18 days and the brakes are as squeaky /squealey as they were from the start. I am extremely disappointed with the actual service on my jeep and feel as though Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep does not stand behind the used vehicle they sell you. This experience is certainly not representative of my sales experience. I guess I will have to take my vehicle elsewhere to fix this issue and will think twice about being a repeat customer. More

It's pretty bad that you spend 40 thousand dollars on a used jeep. Then take it in to the service shop to get the camera turned on the radio. To be told it's 160 dollars and can't do it for 4 days. It's a used jeep. Then take it in to the service shop to get the camera turned on the radio. To be told it's 160 dollars and can't do it for 4 days. It's a 10 minute job to plug the computer to the obd plug and turn the camera on. Very disappointed with place. More

I didn’t purchase my Jeep from Myrtle Beach Chysler jeep, but once I moved to Myrtle Beach and I had my very first service appointment with them I immediately felt confident in servicing my Jeep with them. The entire staff is just incredible professional yet friendly as can be, more importantly the service advisors Christina take their time with you engaged in knowing who you are and best of know my vehicle well. The service tech Craig, that I’ve had was extremely knowledgeable of my Jeep test drive it with me and was extremely professional. I don’t feel like I’m at a car dealership but rather a friendly local neighborhood service shop! I always feel like they have my best interest at heart and not just making service sales! Best Dealership EVER!!! This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They were all accommodating and never seemed to busy. Horrible Service after you buy a car When we bought a jeep we got a book of coupons for oil changes along with the extended warranty, but every time we've gone here to get the oil change When we bought a jeep we got a book of coupons for oil changes along with the extended warranty, but every time we've gone here to get the oil change they give a fight, and this last time they said sometimes they honor it and sometimes they don't. Then they said they don't get paid--though we called the warranty information number and were told that they have been paid each time we took it there in the past. Obviously they lie at this dealership. We've been shopping for a new car and they were all smiles and promises, but thank God we didn't buy one yet, because it most definitely will NOT be from them. They are the kind of car dealership of which car buying nightmares are made. More

Absolute TERRIBLE Service !! After experiencing a very traumatic issue with my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was advised by Chrysler Corporation to take it back to MB Chrysler Jeep. After experiencing a very traumatic issue with my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was advised by Chrysler Corporation to take it back to MB Chrysler Jeep. I am very upset how I was handled by Service Manager. Matt Flagg and Sales Manager, Rob Beard. You would think after purchasing 3 vehicles in 3 years that some sort of understanding would be in order. This was not the case and the lack of professionalism from both of these employees was immediate cause for concern. This dealership obviously does not care about the safety of their customers or the valid concerns that they have. I have decided to report this dealership and their lack of professionalism and care to our local news outlets as well as all social media outlets ! I don't believe they deserve ANY STARS! You should think twice before doing business here !! More
