I didn’t purchase my Jeep from Myrtle Beach Chysler jeep, but once I moved to Myrtle Beach and I had my very first service appointment with them I immediately felt confident in servicing my Jeep with them. The entire staff is just incredible professional yet friendly as can be, more importantly the service advisors Christina take their time with you engaged in knowing who you are and best of know my vehicle well. The service tech Craig, that I’ve had was extremely knowledgeable of my Jeep test drive it with me and was extremely professional. I don’t feel like I’m at a car dealership but rather a friendly local neighborhood service shop! I always feel like they have my best interest at heart and not just making service sales! We were on vacation when we ran into problems and had to go to the dealer for help. I can only start with WOW this may have been the best customer service experience that I have ever had. noisy muffler Come in with a noisy muffler and get charged $ 129 to review the problem. The lady at the counter asked what's the problem. I stated you started the Come in with a noisy muffler and get charged $ 129 to review the problem. The lady at the counter asked what's the problem. I stated you started the car with the noise. I came into the dealership because of the noise. You use to have couple of fellows that were very helpful. Now you got people that are not helpful and all they can say is you got a appointment. Five days after the first visit I got the appointment and then $ 129 later told it will take a week or two to get a muffler and tail pipe in. Great service. I guest I have to look for a new dealer for my service work. More
Sales experience great! Follow up not so good I brought my jeep in for a servicing and after my service I was told to contact the General Manager due to something that happened. I called and left I brought my jeep in for a servicing and after my service I was told to contact the General Manager due to something that happened. I called and left him messages, contacted him via email never heard back from him as to why I had to contact him. I was told he would be waiting for my call. I spoke to the Service Department Manger and the person who sold me my Jeep about the issue and I have not heard back from anyone. So I am a little baffled on why in the first place I had to call the GM and he was expecting my call and I have not heard back from anyone. I am highly disappointed. More
