I received two recalls on my new truck and reached out to NYE to get them corrected. While o the phone i was advised one had been corrected via a software update. An appointment to fix the other was made fo NYE to get them corrected. While o the phone i was advised one had been corrected via a software update. They fixed the problem in 1/2 hour and documented the repair. Very professional, polite and welcoming -the reason i purchased my new truck at NYE-25 miles from my home instead of those dealerships closer by in Syracuse with their politically correct work forces who can't get out of their own way!| More

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I handed Marco my Cell’s agent a list of three vehicles. I was able to put a $500 deposit down and walk away knowing these people know what they’re doing. They gave me the best deal without having to argue. They even called me after the fact to say they found another $500 rebate that they were able to apply to my Gladiator. It was truly the easiest Best experience buying a car that I’ve ever had. More
