Came in for ny state inspection and needed my jeep checked because my dash light keep fading out to be told there’s a 200$ diagnostic test that I have to pay for up front when I have a extended warra checked because my dash light keep fading out to be told there’s a 200$ diagnostic test that I have to pay for up front when I have a extended warranty. Waited all day , no call back to say my car was done and then get paperwork saying I need 1750$ worth of work done , honestly never again , your staff acts like they could care less! More

Called and made an appointment to get my Jeep recall taken care of . When I got there they asked if I ordered the part . Of course I didn't. I called for an appointment thought they would have done tha taken care of . When I got there they asked if I ordered the part . Of course I didn't.
