In the last 9 years I've bought 2 new cars from Nye and I've always had them serviced at Nye. My 2019 Ford Explorer Sport with 21,000 miles broke down and I was told that they would not be able to work on I've always had them serviced at Nye. My 2019 Ford Explorer Sport with 21,000 miles broke down and I was told that they would not be able to work on my car for at least 6 weeks. I had to have my car towed - at my expense - to a shop that is now working on it. More

Nye service dept. always gets the job done, but my only problem is their new phone system directs my call to the correct place and tells me I'm the next caller in line always gets the job done, but my only problem is their new phone system directs my call to the correct place and tells me I'm the next caller in line and then wants me to leave a message to get a call back! This is not good for me to have to wait for a call back to make an appointment or check status on my vehicle! They need to have a human answer the phone! More

I had a fantastic experience buying my truck at NYE. I had a unique situation - reserving my vehicle online, waiting serval months to see if I could get a chance to order, then ordering, then waiting a I had a unique situation - reserving my vehicle online, waiting serval months to see if I could get a chance to order, then ordering, then waiting again for production and delivery. Two huge things helped me. 1) Order emails from Ford went to my promotions folder, so I nearly missed my chance..NYE reached out by phone to ensure I didn't lose out. Then the final stages.. My EV just barely made delivery by the end of 2022, I was nervous because I could have lost my tax credit.. Alisha helped me with all the info she had up through the end. And once my truck was delivered, she took her time showing me how to run everything. A++ Beautiful dealership and great maintenance department, it's obvious they invest in their people and tools. Definitely buy your vehicle here. More
