Second time in a year did not meet expectations. This appointment routine Oil, Tire rotation and possible cabin air filter. Estimated it would take an hour ....after hour and 15 minutes noticed my This appointment routine Oil, Tire rotation and possible cabin air filter. Estimated it would take an hour ....after hour and 15 minutes noticed my car parked in pickup area. Prior appointment told to wait after seeing car as paperwork needed to be complete. Half hour later I go out front and inquire to find out been completed for some time and they thought I had left. In addition, bill higher than expected as Cabin Filter was $80 and I assumed around $50. Should of been advised of the cost since I was in the waiting room. More

The dealership got me in within fifteen minutes for an oil change. All went well. I did have to wait until the paperwork was done which took 20 minutes. The person at the desk was very friendly and was a oil change. All went well. I did have to wait until the paperwork was done which took 20 minutes. The person at the desk was very friendly and was a positive individual which made the experience much more enjoyable. The price of oil and change was expensive, but with this horrible economy, everything has gone up. Hopefully the current administration will be voted out in November to Make America Great Again! More
