My wife and I walked into Nye Toyota trying to decide between a Honda or Toyota. We were greeted and warmly welcomed by Nelson Rodriguez. He is very attentive and focused on helping us but without the pressure and push to close a sale that I have experienced elsewhere. We were pleased to be working with someone who is genuinely interested and concerned with helping us. Nelson really made it an easy decision for us to purchase our new 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid in pearl white from Nye. My family keeps our vehicles for a long time and Nelson really made this experience fun and exciting for us. Great job Nelson exceeding our expectations and winning another customer from Honda.
