Tom made the process seamless! I was delighted that the entire team recognized the value of a repeat customer. No haggling, just offered a fair deal!!! Although he had to spend about 45 minutes explaining all the electronics on the new car. Glad he had that level of experience with the car. Much better than trying to get through the manual. We have always brought our cars to NYE for service. Ease to work with and CJ and Cortney thoroughly explain the options, which I very much appreciate as I'm not planning on going to mechanics school.
