I was very pleased that the service dept. was able to check out my 2010 Prius so quickly after we had it towed in from Rome on Tues. Lisa, service dept. was understanding of our situation. Husband was charged battery under hood, but auxiliary battery in back of car was issue. I had left on dome light, which apparently drained the battery. Appreciated the quick turn-around! More

I had brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. I did have a light over the rear license that was out - but I guess it was a bit of sticker shock to have this transaction amount to $300 + dollars.
