I love my Toyota vehicle and I had always had confidence in NYE toyota. But the last year, I have not felt confident in any of their service recommendations. I have one more visit with my extended service c in NYE toyota. But the last year, I have not felt confident in any of their service recommendations. I have one more visit with my extended service contract, during this last visit I was told my car needed brakes and tires and wipers and alignment etc, Which was distressing to me since my previous visit revealed no problems, all ratings were good. I had put less than 3000 miles on the car . needless to say , i declined all services , did purchase better tires for 100.00 less than i was quoted and told brakes were fine by my mechanic. So whats going on with this dealership. It has changed greatly in the last couple of years. More
