Just was super helpful and knowledgeable! I explained that when my bumper was recently replaced as part of a recall some bolts/nuts had been left unsecured. In the end, I was not charged for I explained that when my bumper was recently replaced as part of a recall some bolts/nuts had been left unsecured. In the end, I was not charged for this repair, only for my routine maintenance. I am very grateful for that. More
