Performed an honest state inspection (after going to Mavis Tire and they told me I needed $1000 of brade pads/rotors). The service was great and all issues were relived. However, if I did not bring attention to the fact that I have a total protection plan that costs me an extra $30/month I would have been forced to pa However, if I did not bring attention to the fact that I have a total protection plan that costs me an extra $30/month I would have been forced to pay $160 for an alignment. The service team member insisted that I owed money for the alignment and it was not covered under total protection plan. Th service member had to call the company to make sure the service was covered. Without me advocating for myself I would have been stuck paying $160. If someone has a protection plan the service member should know what’s covered under it. More
