I was not very happy about the lack of communication between myself and the manager. I had to call all the time to find out what the status was on my vehicle. It was suppose to only take a week. Brought my car in for a simple interior service as per part of my car deal, and although they completed the task, my car was damaged in the process. I was not made aware that the technician had damaged my part of my car deal, and although they completed the task, my car was damaged in the process. I was not made aware that the technician had damaged my interior and The attempt to fix the damage was very poor, and not mentioned to me. I had to bring the car back after making it 5 minutes down the road, to have service take note of the damage for replacement. I was told The part is currently on order and will be replaced at no charge to me. I am unsure if I will be bringing the car back to nye Volkswagen for future service. More
