I was driving from FL to MD & my car started bucking & losing speed. I located Nalley Honda a few miles off I-95 & managed to make it there. I drove in & was greeted by Garrett who was very calming & att losing speed. I located Nalley Honda a few miles off I-95 & managed to make it there. I drove in & was greeted by Garrett who was very calming & attentive. Within 2 hours they diagnosed my car, but unfortunately had to wait for a part till the next day. They drove me to a hotel & next day I got a call from Will the Svc manager confirming the part was in & my car would be ready shortly. Will himself picked us up & drove us back to Nalley Honda. We were treated like a customer who had been doing business with them for a lifetime. The remaining part of our trip went smoothly & I have to say my 2015 Honda CRV with 167000 miles is running as good as when I had 1000 miles on it. Way to go Honda & the Nalley Honda dealership.
