Neutral Experience only during buying process I purchased a used car from Nalley Nissan of Cumming last year, and was thinking of buying another one form them recently. While the buying experienc I purchased a used car from Nalley Nissan of Cumming last year, and was thinking of buying another one form them recently. While the buying experience was not bad, do not expect customer service after you purchased the vehicle. When I purchased my used vehicle, I also purchased an extended warranty from them. I was told that I could cancel anytime and receive a refund. I had the car for almost a year when I decided that I would not need the extended warranty and would ask for a refund. I came in on a Saturday and was told to wait for a Finance manager to be available (completely understandable since they have a few customers to tend to). Peter Im, the Finance Manager, became available and greeted me with a professional manner. However, when I told him that I wanted to cancel my extended warranty, his demeanor changed and it seems like he didn't want to help me anymore. We proceeded to his office and he pulled up my account to verify. He then frantically pulled out the cancellation form and told me to "Go fill it out yourself, and drop it off with the front desk when you're done" I filled out the form (Car current mileage, VIN number, and my current information) and proceeded to walk back to his office, since I still need the contract number and the dealership signature. He made me wait 10 minutes, even though he had nobody in his office. When he finally acknowledge me, he said "Did you still have any question on how to fill out the form?" with a condescending tone. I told him I need the contract number and dealership signature to complete the form, and I also asked for a copy of the complete form. He assured me that he would complete the form the next day and proceeded to only give me a copy of the incomplete form. i called multiple times the next day without any answer or call back. Long story short, they are not a bad dealership when you are purchasing a vehicle from them. But I cannot say the same when you need their help after the fact. Nevertheless, I will not be considering them on when I purchase my next vehicle. More

He made sure the car looked the way i wanted, he even had Chris go over a few spots to make sure my car looked perfect.
