In short - STAY AWAY from this dealership. I used to be a customer since 2014 and serviced all of my Toyotas here. The service has gone downhill in the last few years. They used to be customer oriented, but now they are just trying to make money by ripping you off. They suggest completely unnecessary services, and I feel really bad for the people who don't know much about cars. But the issue that happed in the last few weeks was my last straw. After we got our Toyota Avalon back from the oil change, we noticed a brand new issue (transmission jerk). A week later, we noticed that the car started to rattle at 30mph+. We brought it to the dealer hoping that they can fix the issue. We ended up paying two diagnostic fees and a CV axle joint seal replacement (20 dollar part), which cost us $720 in total. They promised that the issue would be fixed... but the issue was still there. I wasted two days of my life and $720. The manager said that since check engine light isn't on, I shouldn't worry about the clicking. At the end of the day, here is what I experienced: * They charged me $720, which includes two diagnostic fees and a seal replacement, but the issue was NEVER resolved. * They suggested that they can keep charging me diagnostic fees and replacing various parts until the issue disappears, but I don't think they deserve another penny. * Since my regular service advisor was not here, I was given Anthony Gonzales, who was only interested in getting a much money from me as possible. * The dealership possibly broke my car, because issue started happening after I did an oil change with them. May be its a coincidence... not 100% sure at this point. More

I had gone by the dealership months ago and found a Used Truck I wanted to buy. But it was sold from under me before I could go home and get my checkbook. I was upset about that. Being a satisfied Toyota 4Runner former owner, I decided to purchase the new Tundra model at Nalley Toyota of Roswell, GA. I went to the dealership second time on 12/28/2021 to place an order. Due to the demand on new cars and shortage, I also agreed on purchasing the vehicle at MSRP. When I finally agreed on placing an order and cut a check of $2000 for deposit, the dealership printed a pre agreement bill of sales which included additional two dealer offered packages. 1) Window tinting (~ $400) 2) Interior and exterior protection (~ $1500) I told the salesman and his manager that I did not need them. These two dealer offered items were forms of tied selling. The manager told me that dealers make money out of selling these items. I declined to purchase these two dealer offered items and the manager refused to sell me the vehicle. He told me to take my business to other dealers. Toyota is a very reputable company. With that said, I am appaled to have received such a treatment. More

I went there about a week ago to purchase a new camry. When we tried to negotiate the price, the salesman came back with an offer that was $1,000 above msrp price. We offered 40K from the 42K they were asking, and the salesman came with a new offer of 43K. He said that "it was the manager's way of negotiating," and to explain to us he was "serious" about selling cars. I felt like that was very unprofessional and could just tell us flat out they did not negotiate prices. Secondly, when we tried to trade our vehicle 2010 Accord he was offering us only $2,000 for it - which is outrageous. Even though there was some damage, it wasn't as extensive as bringing down the worth to 2K. The manager came out and questioned us to ask us to validate our price for our trade in. When we showed him a 2008 Accord being sold for 8K he said "retail priced" does not count. We took our business elsewhere and got 8K for our trade in and walked about with a cheaper overall price tag. Stay away if you are trying to purchase a vehicle, not only are they xxxxx, but they wont give you a fair value for your trade in. More
I feel liked I have just been mugged on highway 9. This dealership should be arrested for stealing. I brought my Tundra home n for a 75k mile checkup and to fix the latch on the bed gate. They charged me over $300 for the latch and installation. I brought car in at noon they said it would be ready in 1 1/2 hrs. 2 hrs later they said it would not be ready until. Do you want a car to use. I said sure and then they charged me $42 for using it one hour. Call the police. I will bad mouth these guys until I die. More
