Thank you Kevin for replying to our review. Unfortunately, no one from Nalley has ever contacted my wife or I concerning this. As stated earlier, we contacted Toyota directly, per your Service Representative's instructions. They informed us this was a Nalley issue and asked us to contact Rosa Christina Stewart at Nalley. We did that, but never heard back. After waiting a couple weeks, we decided a pass along our concern/experience to others via social media. We appreciate you reaching out to Toyota on our behalf. We look forward to hearing the details of their response.
