I originally went to the dealer because of a recall involving my wife’s old Acura TL. While I was there I wanted to test drive a new RDX. They had what I wanted on the lot and made it easy for me to make a decision for leasing the vehicle. Marianne Sullivan was super in working out the details of the lease. Everyone at the dealership was most accommodating. A real unselfish team approach with the customer. We were so impressed by the safety features on the RDX that we decided a few days later to see what they could do for my wife. Francesca found a ILX Premium model that was perfect for my wife’s needs, so we decided to lease it. Again everyone bent over backwards to help us. Great experience without a lot pressure! More

Karla also took us offsite to view cars of different color and interior. This took time, but we really appreciated her attentiveness and attitude. Once we decided on our car we didn’t feel pressured into a deal. We felt as if we were in control. We met with Joe the sales manager who took our concerns and framed a deal. Deeply appreciated his attitude. Finally, as the day was getting short, Karla suggested we come in the following morning with our new SUV so she could explain the features in more detail. We took advantage of her kind offer. Especially appreciated her offer of help in the future if we had questions.
