Best Acura Dealer in the Southeast U.S. I literally called and texted Acura dealerships over a week period from North Carolina to South Florida. I live in the Florida Keys so either way I would have to travel to purchase a new Acura. The General Manager Mr. Ross Levy at Naples Acura answered my phone call sometime before 8 A.M. This was the first of many great impressions shaping my opinion of this dealership. I expected to be leaving a message on an answering machine. You have to understand I am 60 years old and this is not my first rodeo or experience preparing for battle with a car dealer. I am also a career retired military guy and have some pretty tough standards concerning professional conduct. I thought I had already done my homework on the 2019 Acura RDX but the General Manager Mr. Ross Levy explained in great detail the installed features and differences between the packages available on the 2019 Acura RDX. I had previously contacted multiple Acura dealers with varying degrees of responses. Most of them either had dealer add on items that were non-negotiable or they would not talk about my trade. One dealer wanted to charge me $600 dollars to bring a car I wanted from their sister dealership to their location fifty miles away. The General Manager at Naples Acura assigned Mr. Norman Johnston who called me within a very few minutes following our initial conversation. Mr. Norman Johnston was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly a very good listener. I told him exactly what I thought I wanted in a 2019 RDX and what I wanted for my trade. Mr. Johnston gave me additional information about the 2019 which helped me pin point the exact car and he assisted with my trade-in. I told Mr. Norman Johnston I would be driving over five hours each way to complete this new car buying experience and I wanted to be in and out of their dealership as soon as possible. Mr. Norman Johnson said we will get you out of here as soon as we can but to be honest it is going to take you more time than you expect to be briefed on the technical features and capabilities of this vehicle and that he would need to demonstrate them to me. Mr. Norman Johnston was absolutely correct and I am very glad that he did not skip or rush me through this portion of the experience. The new RDX I purchased is loaded with technology. Everything in this buying experience was perfect. From the moment I pulled in the dealership following my five hour drive beginning at 05:30 that morning Mr. Norman Johnston welcomed me at the door and asked if there was anything I needed before we began. I took a short break while he fetched me a water. Once sitting at his desk it was obvious he had everything prepared. He discussed the order of business we would follow to complete the transaction, transferred insurance and immediately went to see the car I was buying followed by a test drive. Following the test drive I was introduced to Marianne Sullivan the finance manager. Marianne Sullivan is the "consummate professional". She explained all of the forms and contracts in detail and made sure I had a thorough understanding of everything I signed. Dealing with Marianne Sullivan was another unexpected highlight of this buying experience (Very courteous and professional). Mr. Norman Johnston introduced me to the folks I had been talking to throughout this process and introduced me to the service department. Before I departed he gave me his personal cell phone number so if I had any questions at anytime that me or my wife could contact him 24/7. We will be returning to and recommending Naples Acura and their professional staff to all of our friends and family. Keep up the outstanding work!! More

I'm happy that my 1st stop was Naples Acura Francesca approached me 1st and made me feel welcomed. She was very friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. Service is everything! Yes the car is beautiful, but I have to say the service brought us back! My current lease was up on my MDX- we looked at a few other cars and in full transparency there is another brand we are partial too but our experience at the dealership was an epic disaster. We decided then and there that it was time to go back to Acura! It is the easiest and most gracious car leasing experience there is hands down! Norm was excellent and Marianne in Finance was absolutely delightful. Thank you both for being real people in a not so genuine profession (opinion based on past experience). More

Car buying day was atypically frustration-free and while I never find the process enjoyable, Hector, Scott (sales manager) and Matt did their best to make it as low key and stress-free as possible. They were upfront and honest with no surprises or last minute gotchas (except lengthening the term of my lease from 36 to 39 months, which I was ok with). In short, I would definitely go back - I was treated very fairly. More
