Hector was quick to make us feel at home and welcomed. He took the time to get to know our preferences before selecting a car to show us. He was very thorough with the car demonstration and seemed like he really enjoyed the car himself. After reviewing our preferences he then worked really hard on getting us the best deal, multiple times reassuring us that he was trying his best to get us a new vehicle that day. (Keep in mind I didn’t plan on purchasing a vehicle today but his skills and personality sold it to us) after going back and forth with the finance team we finally came to an agreement and left with our new 2019 RDX.
