Purchase of a previously owned CRV Following an engagement with a semi-trailor in a rainstorm which totaled our beloved TSX Wgn earlier in our Florida vacation, I came to Naples Acura t Following an engagement with a semi-trailor in a rainstorm which totaled our beloved TSX Wgn earlier in our Florida vacation, I came to Naples Acura to review prices on used SUVs for potential replacement, particularly CRV versus RDX. Due to remodeling of service section it was a little difficult finding the showroom; however, Francesca quickly came to my aid and soon I was looking at a good selection of SUVs on the lot. After test driving a CRV in the color my wife would like, I was able to relatively quickly settle on the payment and get all the bothersome titling and license transfers in our home state of VA accomplished. Having driven the CRV for a couple of weeks now, my wife and I are thoroughly enjoying our "new" car. The only downside of the purchase was the service department was unable to make adjustments to the door/seals to clear a wind noise problem on the driver's side noted during the test drive, claiming Hondas were different from Acuras in that area. I plan to have my Hall Acura/Honda dealer in Virginia Beach make the adjustments once I am back in Virginia. More

Hector spent hours with us, reviewing models, features, differences, etc. We had many questions & Hector provided answers in non technical terms, enabling us to better understand. Hector even asked what our priorities were in a vehicle & provided work arounds on how to achieve an option, or similar, that we wanted that may not have been available in the model we liked. Hector was like a walking encyclopedia on every model, making our decision of which model fit us quite easy. We signed a lease that day. Due to our schedule we could not do a review of the car until the next day. With my husband in the front & me in the back, armed with a notepad & pen, Hector reviewed everything (sometimes twice) with a great deal of patience.
