I was a loyal Lexus owner - but this dealership offered a highly competitive price, professional dealing and literally no pressure. They wanted to ensure that we were happy. Norm, our salesperson, kept us up to date throughout the process. I know we will be working with him as we progress through Acura ownership. I would highly recommend this group. They also had great inventory and got us the exact car we hoped for. Everyone introduced themselves and welcomed us to their facility. They also have good snacks - LOL More

Good Service I contacted Mar Norm Johnson by phone after I had gone on line to look for Acura dealers in Florida. I told him the model and trim of the RDX that I w I contacted Mar Norm Johnson by phone after I had gone on line to look for Acura dealers in Florida. I told him the model and trim of the RDX that I was looking into. He told me that he would check with his manager and would get back to me on the price. He called me later that day and after a few concessions on both sided we agreed to a price that I was happy with and with add ones installed. My car arrived on the fifteenth of November and Norm and the service department had it ready for pick up on that same day. The buying experience with Naples Acura was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend the sales staff (Norman Johnson) as well as the service department to anyone looking to experience a pleasant and professional relationship.
