On the day of purchase, Norman had everything ready to go and the transaction was smooth. After all the paperwork with Marianne, Finance Manager, who was also a GREAT person to work with, Norman explained all the new car features and how to operate them. He was professional, courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. Most of all, I found him to be very honest and sincere - not a compliment that many would give to car salespersons. But I felt that Sparky was genuine and forthcoming with all information and supplies regarding my new car. He even contacted my car insurance to help get my insurance taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and with my new car! I must also mention how great Marianne, the finance person on staff, was. She treated me like family.
