I recently moved to Naples and was introduced to the Naples Acura experience and I was certainly not disappointed! From my first encounter everyone I was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. While all were great, I would be remiss to not highlight and give special kudos to my salesman TC Carrington who was very knowledgeable, personable and did everything to work the deal and assure my satisfaction ! Another excellent experience I just leased another TLX from Norm Johnston at Naples Acura. This was my second TLX lease from Norm, and my wife purchased an RDX from him in 2016. W I just leased another TLX from Norm Johnston at Naples Acura. This was my second TLX lease from Norm, and my wife purchased an RDX from him in 2016. We have had an excellent experience each time. I spoke with Norm on a Monday to let him know what new TLX model, color and package I wanted to replace my 2015 TLX. They didn't have what I wanted on the lot, but Norm acted quickly, and a car meeting my exact specs was delivered to the dealership the next day. Later that same day I was driving it home. As always, Norm did a great job. Special thanks also to Scott Foster, Sales Manager, and Marianne Sullivan, Finance Manager, who helped with the transaction. Great people and a great dealership! More
