Upon arrival at the dealership Norm asked how he could help us and within minutes we were in an RDX for a test drive. He answered all our questions with ease and is obviously very knowledgeable. Norm's clear and patient explanation of all the features and their operation was impressive and appreciated. Marianne Sullivan was on hand to help complete our paperwork. She was very efficient and personable and before we knew it we were driving home in our new Acura. Norm has followed up with to see if we have any questions and will be available if needed. Excellent experience At Naples Acura we were greeted by employee Norman Johnston. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welc At Naples Acura we were greeted by employee Norman Johnston. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We were able to take the car home for a over night test drive. Upon returning the next morning, Norm was very up front with us and we were able to negotiate a good deal with no pressure. When we picked up the car Norm demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle, made sure we understood and told us several times to please call him if we have any questions. I returned the car a day later to have accessories installed that were not in stock on the day of purchase. The service department employees were just as friendly, helpful and efficient as the sales staff. Norm called us two days later to make sure everything was satisfactory with the car and our overall experience. We can't say enough about what an excellent experience this has been.
