Norm Johnston Scott and Norm was a great help when I leased a 2018 Acura ILX. I did not meet face to face with Scott, but spent a lot of time with emails back and Scott and Norm was a great help when I leased a 2018 Acura ILX. I did not meet face to face with Scott, but spent a lot of time with emails back and forth. They were both excellent and had an answer for all my questions (I'm not easy to sell to). Norm not only helped put together a great deal, but took extra time in getting all the paperwork done. Dealership closed at 7pm, but Norm stayed until almost 8 to finish the deal. I'll be back for my next car. I did deal with another girl for the paperwork (believe her name was Mary Ann). She was most pleasant and took the patience to explain all the mystery terms. Easy experience to puchase a car I was looking for a second-hand car to use during my winters in Naples FL. I reviewed several websites and found what I was looking for, a 2014 Lexus I was looking for a second-hand car to use during my winters in Naples FL. I reviewed several websites and found what I was looking for, a 2014 Lexus RX350 at Naples Acura dealership. I called while I was in NY, spoke to Norman Johnston, explained to him I would be down in Naples in a week and if the car was still available I would be interested in looking at it. He followed up, calling me the day before I was due to arrive, told me the car was still available, and made an appt to see him at 3pm the followingg day. I met Norman, took a test drive. Also met Joe Eisenberg, the sales manager, for a little extra price haggling. I purchased the car on the spot with my personal check and drove out of there in my Lexus that very afternoon. The process was the easiest I have ever experienced in buying a car. I highly recommend this dealership, as both Norman and Joe are very professional and easy to deal with. More
