The purpose of our visit was to see what Acura had to offer with the features we had in mind. Everything. Traditionally purchasing a new car is a long and arduous process checking to see 'what is out there'. After a test drive by myself and one by my husband, we arrived back at the dealership, looked at each other and said, "Let's go for it." Norm had given us some basic information and proceeded to answer questions that had come up during our conversations with him. Very responsive to our needs. About a year ago, we visited the dealership and our relationship with Sparky Meador began. We were looking for an MDX because of its first place safe About a year ago, we visited the dealership and our relationship with Sparky Meador began. We were looking for an MDX because of its first place safety features. The best buy he steered us to was an all-wheel drive demo with 6,000 miles, priced aggressively. As Floridians, we didn't see the need for the extra traction, but our daughter, who lived in Virginia, was in the market for such a vehicle, so she bought it. Sparky arranged for VA registration, and we drove it up to her. But we still needed an MDX to meet our grandparent needs, so Sparky located what we wanted from another dealer and had it shipped within a few short days. Lastly, when I was picking up the new car, Sparky spotted my 2008 frumpy Saturn second car and wondered if he could help me add some "spark" to my driving experience. There was a 2012 Infinity coupe on the lot that he pointed me to. And the rest was history. More

They were knowledgeable in the different features of the different models available and even shipped the model I wanted from another dealership in Florida. George Lazzarotto listened to my concerns and offered great no-pressure service. The entire dealership made the purchasing experience as painless and as pressure-free as possible. The service department is also great. All the technicians are respectful, take time to listen to the customer, explain the services that are being offered, and offer excellent customer service experience. The new Acura is a phenomenal car. I would recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

We said we would let him know the next day. Wrong. We talked and decided that day the RDX was the one she wanted. Called and said we are on our way to pick up the SUV.
