I saw an internet add for a 2015 one at Naples Acura and decided to stop. Norm Johnston came out to see if I needed help. He was very pleasant to deal with, no hard sell. Questions he could not answer he spoke with Scott and together we worked out a deal. Everyone there was so helpful and no going back and forth haggling over price. Scott work with me to get me, with my trade a deal I could be happy with. I would recommend them highly. Even though it is an Acura Dealership they have many other slightly used cars .They even told me if I have trouble and it has to be fixed by Toyota they would give me a loner and take my car to Toyota for me. NOW THAT IS SERVICE. I am sure they will get my business again. More

Love my MDX!! I have been around shopping for a vehicle for weeks. I initially test drove an RDX, no sales pressure. I went home to think about it. I then came with my husband approximately 1 week later. TC was our salesman. HE WAS AWESOME. He took the time out and showed us all of the models of the RDX. We test drove the advanced- priced and talked about that. Then, our eye caught the MDX. We drove the Tech MDX. We priced and talked about that as well. Then came the MDX advance- we test drove, and priced that... TC was very knowledgeable and never was a pressuring salesman. He was very helpful all the way through the process and even after...I recommend becoming part of the Naples Acura family. Also, Shane in the Service Department is very helpful as well. More
