We test drove a few cars and settled for a 2017 Acura TLX which I now consider one of the safest cars if not the top in safety throughout the industry. Our experience with Naples Acura and Jonathan was great. No pressure, customer friendly atmosphere not only with Jonathan but of everybody we were introduced to in the dealership. From the maintenance group to the management t/sales team they were with a doubt a family that we were welcomed to be part of, and we did. For anyone in need of a fine automobile with a customer friendly atmosphere take my humble advise try this dealership and ask for Jonathan. Naples Acura -- first experience has been a great one I was choosing between various smaller-sized SUV/crossover vehicles -- Toyota RAV4, Suburu Outback and Crosstrek, Lexus RX350, and the Acura RDX. An I was choosing between various smaller-sized SUV/crossover vehicles -- Toyota RAV4, Suburu Outback and Crosstrek, Lexus RX350, and the Acura RDX. An eclectic mix -- but I was looking at size and performance less than using price as a consideration. I have never owned an Acura, though I had previously owned a couple of Hondas and they were very good cars. The Acura dealership was the most dedicated and "nicely aggressive" in their approach. The other dealers sort of had a laissez-faire approach, and usually I'm fine with low-key, but the Acura folks seemed more intent on having me as a customer. They followed up immediately and were communicative about questions. When it came to negotiations they were open and direct and willing to work with me to achieve me getting the car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. We moved through this process quickly, professionally, and cordially, and did so in about 36 hours. I drove down, signed the papers, and left with my new RDX that evening. I also have dealt twice with the service department -- once in getting my roof rails/crossbars and trailer hitch installed, and the other getting a finish treatment applied. Both times I was given loaner cars so I was not stuck waiting, or having to deal with being picked up at the dealership (which is 30 minutes from my home). All in all, one month in, a great experience with this dealership. More

Jonathan pulled the car up to the front of the showroom a described the features of the car. I took the car for a test drive and returned to discuss terms. Jonathan was easy to deal with and worked with me on acceptable terms. This dealer really cares about customer service and provides services to its customers, such as free car washes every Wednesday.. Outstanding Car Buying Experience Historically, buying a new car has not been an enjoyable experience for me. Norm Johnston at Naples Acura changed that. My wife and I initially looked at the 2017 Acura TLX about a month ago and compared it to comparable imports. We ultimately returned to Naples Acura and Norm Johnson and were able to reach agreement on the car and price. We thought they were easy to deal with and were sincere in selling a car, but more importantly, making certain the customer received prompt, courteous service. After the purchase, Norm spent considerable time explaining all the features of the vehicle. We were impressed with his knowledge of the Acura product. All the other individuals we dealt with at the dealership were equally accommodating. We will surely recommend Norm and the Naples Acura dealership to friends and family. More

Fantastic Experience I have been working with Norm Johnston to trade in my existing Acura for a new Acura. His customer service was outstanding and really made the whole process very easy. I can't wait to work with Norm on my next transaction with Naples Acura. The sales manager, Scott, was also integral in my transaction. This was my first experience buying a car solely by myself and he made the experience smooth and painless.
