We had previously leased a 2013 Volvo S60 and had been happy with the car, the local Volvo dealership very much wanted us to stay a Volvo customers and had made us a very aggressively priced lease available. My Husband and I had researched and looked at cars for over two weeks before meeting Norm Johnston and his managers at Naples Acura. We discussed our needs for a few minutes with Norm and he then went to work. His suggestion for us was a new 2016 ILX, after a test drive of the new dual clutch 8-speed car both my husband and I were sold. I loved the sporty good looks and he loved the power-train and road presence. We are payment shoppers and with very little back and forth Naples Acura made us a great offer and we took delivery of the car on the spot, the Volvo no longer a consideration. The whole experience was first rate and done surprisingly fast. We are new to the Acura brand and the ILX is their entry level model but after spending a few days with the car we are already developing brand loyalty and will look forward to a long relationship with Naples Acura and this brand. You can tell that he really cares about his customers. Sales manager Scott Foster was very accommodating, could not have been nicer.
