EXPERIENCE TO PURCHASE AN ACURA RXD MICHEAL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE WHOLE PROCESS, HOWEVER, TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I EXPECTED AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN. WE ARRIVED AT 10:10 TO COMPLETE A DEAL WE HAD NEGOCIATED THE PREVIOUS DAY AND WE DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL AFTER 2:00. I ALSO DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING FORCED TO SIGN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT I DID NOT AGREE WITH AND IS ILLEGAL. WE WERE TOLD IT IS YOUR POLICY AND WOULD NOT APPROVE THE DEAL UNLESS WE SIGNED IT. Norman took the time to fully explore with me all of my options and he did not make me feel like I was under pressure.
