He provided all the information we asked about and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. When we finally decided on which car we were going to purchase, he made that process seamless. We came to agreement quickly, Dan JAckson, arranged finance terms that were better than our bank, and we closed the deal in one night and took our new car home. What I thought would take a couple of days, was completed in a few hours from final test drive, to negotiating the price, arranging financing, and on our way home. Thanks to everyone there for a great experience. You exceeded our expectations! More

I never once felt any pressure. He took his time explaining every package and feature, and answered every question I had (I had a LOT of questions). I felt very comfortable the whole time. When I arrived to pick up my new MDX, Bob took the time to sit in the car with me and go through all the new bells and whistles. TC was incredibly helpful in going through the choices with me, even when I kept changing my mind! He really knows his stuff and knew how to focus on what was important to me. He respected my time-table and made the sales process quick and easy. I was especially impressed by his attention to my son, who was almost as excited at getting my old car as I was with my new one. He treated him with respect despite his age (16) and made him feel special. That's the way to build a customer base over time; I know my son won't forget it! As for me, I'll be back for my third Acura eventually! More
