After 7 years, I will not return I have had my acuras serviced at Naples Acura for the past 7 years. When it was Germain Acura we got great service and knew the advisors who worked th I have had my acuras serviced at Naples Acura for the past 7 years. When it was Germain Acura we got great service and knew the advisors who worked there. Ever since it was bought out, there are new advisors there almost every time we have our car serviced. The problem is that the service level keeps dropping but the price keeps going up. After having my wife wait for two hours so that they could wash the car (they told her 20 minutes) and consistently having them drum up $1000-$2000 dollar bills for mostly routine maintenance work for the past 2 years, I've had enough. It's costing more to maintain then to pay the car payment! They will no longer get my business. If you go, beware of all the add-one they want to do. Almost every time I go they want to replace my wiper blades even when they did it last service 4 months prior (until you point it out - then the wiper blades only need cleaning." I'm sure there is a good reason why they stopped using a third party service rater - I used to get calls from an outside company about the service performed but they stopped doing that a while back. More

He kept in close contact with me as i had asked and called often with any developments so there would be no surprises and when I got the car back it was cleaner than ever and car felt like a brand new car when it was done. The procees began with an inquiry to the TRUEcar website looking for a dealership willing to provide us with a guaranteed special price on a new 2015 Acura before we walked into the showroom. Mr Joe Eisenberg of Naples Acura responded quickly to our inquiry with an excellent price. Armed with the TRUEcar discount paperwork we drove to the dealership and were warmly greeted by Mr. Matt Nolan. He had our desired make and model MDX ready for us to take out for a test drive. Matt walked us through all the complexities of leasing versus purchasing and made it easy for us to reach a decision that was the best one for 'us' as opposed to the dealer. Matt took the time to explain all the amenities available to the owners/drivers of a new Acura MDX(and there are a lot) and his product knowledge was of great assistance. We were more than pleased with how smooth this car buying experience went. It has been less than a week so far but we are definitely happy we decided to go with an Acura MDX and that we went to Naples Acura to get this vehicle. More
