Everyone there is a professional and exhibits a high level of customer service. My sales consultant, T.C. Carrington, did not pressure me. He listened to my concerns and car needs. He helped me look at both lease and purchase options. We drove more than one vehicle. The sales manager and finance man were very professional as well. I looked at Lexus, Ford, Audi and came back to Acura to purchase. I left feeling like it was a fair market value deal and I am pleased with the car. I also feel like I can stop in with any questions. Also they have complimentary car wash day. Nice.. This is a top notch dealership. More

He got us water and was more than helpful getting us an Acura MDX for us to test drive. His knowledge of the vehicle was really great, helping us understand all the features and options on the vehicle. And he wasn't pushy! When we came back after the test drive he introduced us to Scott. The way we were treated was exemplary. I hate dealing with car salesman usually. But this dealership was so down to earth and courteous! I was waffling between a few different SUV's but after driving the MDX and talking with TC and Scott- we were pretty much sold. We will be going back t drive off in a new MDX very soon! More

Disappointing experience I made the trip down from Tampa and had pre-negotiated my trade in. When I got there, my jeep had a problem and they chanced the deal. No problem - understand that there was an issue and the trade value changed. I was okay with that. But, they sold me a vehicle that had a leak in the sunroof. So maybe my trade-in had issue but it was clear to me that the dealer knew of the issue and did not disclose that that vehicle had a leak with the sunroof. I have been dealing with this for months now and disappointed that it was not disclosed. It was obvious that someone tried to repair, but was unsuccessful. They discounted my trade, but did not discount or disclose the fact that there was a problem with the vehicle. I guess I should have questioned why there as new floor mats with a used vehicle. Because every times it rains it leaks... More

Matt Nolan was extremely professional and knowledgeable when going over all the details of the MDX. He patiently answered all my questions while we took the car for a spin. When we returned from the test drive, I was gladly surprised that two managers walked up to me, introduced themselves and spent quality time discussing the pros and cons of the vehicle. I had taken my time to do my research as I had additional car makers as potential options for my next buy. I did not have such a nice experience or the managers spending time with me at my first visit to other dealerships. Ross Levy (General manager) and Matt Nolan (Sales Advisor) were always honest, professional, communicated with me non-stop and made me feel comfortable without pushing during the decision making process, waited for me until long hours at night due to my busy work schedule and followed up with me a couple of times after my purchase. Thank you Ross and Matt for the smooth ride during the acquisition of my MDX. I am loving it !!!!! More
