Marvin and the other associates at Naples Acura were very professional and easy to deal with. Our RDX wasn’t going to arrive in time for us to drive to our part-time home in NC, so the arrangements to delive professional and easy to deal with. Our RDX wasn’t going to arrive in time for us to drive to our part-time home in NC, so the arrangements to deliver to us were all arranged by the dealer. Communication on everything related to the sale, delivery, registration etc. were all made so easy for us. Marianne in the business office was great too. Francesca was fabulous. She knew exactly what we were looking for, explained all the features and was quick and efficient with all paperwork. Having our 4 year old with us to look at a new car purchase can add quite the extra challenge, she was wonderful with him and even gave him a chocolate treat :) The rest of the team was fabulous as well, especially Francesca colleague, Scott!
