I purchased a 2022 MDX in Columbus Ga. and 3 weeks later it was totaled by a drunk driver, to replace that car i found the one I wanted at Naples Acura. What can I say!! Franchesca...Franchesa....Franchesca!! She is totally amazing.. 2 years ago I went in for an oil change on my 2016 Acura..and that is when I met Franchesca... After talking with her for a bit I walked out with a 2019 Acura MDX.. Fast forward to 2021, and here I am again... in for service and to have coffee with Franchesca..( she is family now!) I tell her I'm wanting to downsize from the MDX to The RDX but not real sure... Francesca took her time and explained all the great things about the RDX.. she is very knowledgeable about her Acuras!! After taking her time and listening to what I was looking for. . ( all wheel drive, leather, kick xxx stereo system!) She found me my perfect Acura RDX.. But Franchesca doesn't stop there... She called the next day to make sure I was happy with my new purchase. She got me all Set up with Acura link, taught me how to run the navigation system, and set up my garage opener!!
