I am happy to report that my wife and I were delighted in how we were treated both initially when we came in to test drive a new ILX as well as through the negotiation and purchase process as we decided to p how we were treated both initially when we came in to test drive a new ILX as well as through the negotiation and purchase process as we decided to purchase the car we road tested. Prior to learning about the ILX we were planning to purchase a C300 Mercedes but were turned-off by some of the options not offered for the car and more importantly, the attitude the sales people had at the Mercedes dealerships we visited. We did our research and presented our findings on price the Matthew and he was able to get the Sales Manager to accommodate what we felt was a fair price for the car. Mathew continued to shine as he took us through the process to learn about our new car. In fact, when we got home and learned the attempt Matthew made to sync our garage door opener to the new car (which he warned us might be the case) Matthew offered to come to our home to do it for us. Fortunately he suggested we first try using Facetime on our phones to enable him to direct me on the process and that worked. All and all it was one of our best car buying experiences, if not the best we've experienced over the years. Our current vehicle was approaching 100k miles and had required several repairs in the recent past. We own an Acura MDX up north and have always loved the vehicle.
