When you call for an appointment, AI makes it for you. It’s not programmed to know how service appointments work. It made me an appointment for 7:00 am and it knew the context of my visit, a broken tailga It’s not programmed to know how service appointments work. When I arrived, I was told that I couldn’t wait for it, as AI indicated, moreover I had to leave it for “a couple days” as it was considered diagnostic. I informed them I had 1 vehicle to which they pointed to Hertz rent a car. Just terrible service and lack of consideration for the customer. I wouldn’t buy from them. Terrible support. More
