Paperwork in sales leaves a lot to be desired. I would like a bill of sales that showed the starting price the dealership rebates and the National and veterans rebate. I still don’t know how the 5200 rebate from your dealership was applied even though I was told we got it. I’d like to see it in writing like the old days that spelled out everything on the bill of sale. Secondly your service manager was excellent. He helped us to find a way to get an owners manual that actually showed you what to do and also got the new door part that needed to be replaced. The owners manual that came with the truck is almost useless. More
