We have purchased 3 or 4 vehicles from this dealership over the years. This most recent purchase was our best experience. We were very happy with our salesperson Bashar. Great guy. He listened to us and provided attentive customer service. Not crazy about the “Naples Advantage” fee and don’t feel we would take advantage of most of the “perks” that are included. One of the perks is $2,500 toward the purchase of a new vehicle from them if you crash and total the one you just purchased! Who wants to take advantage of that? Also, the dealership could use a little sprucing up. The men’s restroom is tired and the veneer on the inside of the men’s room door is peeling. Also above one of the large double glass doors you can see where a bird must have been inside because there are droppings on the inside wall. Just feels like they could put some of the money they collect for the “Naples Advantage” into some general maintenance/cleaning of the dealership. More
