I kept telling them we’ve been there for three hours already, let us drive out for lunch and get everything ready so we can come back and sign all the documents needed. He would not have it. Asked us to give him 10 more minutes and things are almost done. Next thing you know, we spent two more hours. I don’t understand what happened. They also told us the Naples Advantage Plan was included. We did not realize that we were being charged an additional $2500. Mistakenly we didn’t see it in the final contract since everything is digital. This should not be included in the package automatically. It should be the customer’s choice. More

My service appointment was scheduled for 9:00. I arrived at 9 exactly. It took 75 minutes to process my paperwork. Next vehicle will not be purchased at this dealership. More
