They have failed to fix the problem with the CarPlay system twice. Both times my car had a scheduled appointment and it took them over a week to look at the problem and then tell me they have updated th system twice. I had issues with the total sales process. It took far too long and they failed to go over the required Naples Advantage features, products and registration process. After leaving the dealersh It took far too long and they failed to go over the required Naples Advantage features, products and registration process. After leaving the dealership, I immediately started hearing a rattling noise. It took dozens of calls, emails and messages through your web page with no callback. I finally caught someone offguard and was able to arrange to bring the car in for service. I also found numerous air fresheners folded up and stuffed in the vents. Once removed, the car started smelling like cigarette smoke. When brought in for service, the rattle turned out to be the ac line vibrating against the frame. The cigarette smell was addressed by changing the filthy cabin filter. This brings up numerous questions. Why wouldn't anyone contact me back. I left numerous messages for the sales manager. The sales people also receive Voicemail and emails. Next, if the Naples Advantage program was actually done on my car, how did the cabin filter get missed? Did they perform any of the Naples Advantage tasks? How did the person that inspected this car not hear the rattle when accelerating? Seems it was not properly inspected even though there was a huge checklist supposedly completed. The only positive was Becky Dodds in service who was very professional and helpful. She understood my concerns and made sure they were addressed. Also Rachel Schofield was the leader in getting service involved, addressed my concerns, took time to follow up on sales failure to provide information and products for the Naples Advanatage program and addressed the issue with air fresheners being shoved in the vents. If it were not for Rachel and Becky, I would never return to or recommend your dealership. Both of them are the true leaders at your organization and everyone else there could learn a lot from them about customer service, leadership, honesty and professionalism. I sure hope as you transition, you utilize these two professionals to address many of the issues I encountered before others have the same poor experience. More
The person, lady, that was assigned to my work was most excellent. She kept me informed, she took care of moving the car and bringing it back. I dealt with the service advisor Laura Velasquez . She was very knowledgeable but checked with service on the repair of my Jeep Cherokee radio which had still been under warranty.
