Excellent service and follow up throughout throughout my buying experience. . Recently I ordered my second Jeep and was told it would take three months. Luckily my jeep arrived in 2 1/2 months which Bill Es buying experience. . Recently I ordered my second Jeep and was told it would take three months. The review is for the service dept at Naples Dodge. I had a scheduled appointment for the first oil change. We arrived on time and waited to check in while the service reps were sitting and chatting w I had a scheduled appointment for the first oil change. We arrived on time and waited to check in while the service reps were sitting and chatting with each other or looking at their phones. The service rep was very polite, however. The oil change and tire rotation took almost three hours. Then at check out my original bill was over $200. After I asked what the Naples Advantage plan covered, someone from the parts dept stepped in and said he'll correct that. Thirty minutes later the bill was $86. So for a tire rotation and oil change it took almost 3.5 hours. I don't believe the Naples Advantage is worth the price. More
